Used, OEM, 6 way, passenger side power seat switch w/ lumbar and heated seat control. Knob / Button Color: Medium Grey. Fully disassembled, cleaned inside / out and tested! This is meant to replace a broken or malfunctioning switch.

The bezel mounts are all intact! The control knob is not broken.
