1946 1947 Cadillac Buick POWER WINDOW SWITCH Original OEM Hydro-Electric system
1946 - 1947 Cadillac, Buick Used Double/Duel Power Window Switch with Bezel and Upholstery Clip as shown. Please confirm that this bezel is correct for your needs. I believe that the Cadillac and some Buicks used this bezel while some other Buicks used one a little more fancy and decorative. It has like arrow heads embossed into it.
Nice used original General Motors switch with chrome bezel. Cosmetically - Chrome and finish are clean and bright with nice shine. It does show some light average wear in the form of scratches and nicks, as well as some rust around the buttons in the embossed area of the chrome bezel.Please see the pictures above. Not show quality, but certainly excellent condition and above average for a used 70 plus year old original part!! I had a lot of trouble getting good pictures of it.
Also poor lighting and reflections of me and other items in the room such as drop ceiling etc.... It does look better than shown due to the up close and large nature of the pictures.
If you do not need show quality but want a nice switch for your sweet ride, this switch is for you! Electrically - Switch test's out good. I have cleaned, inspected the contacts and replaced worn parts and they are in great condition and will provide years of reliable service.
Mechanically - Switch action is good. Smooth operation, knobs/buttons return back to the center/off. Ositions on their own as they should! Back side - Clean and damage free, as it should be! 70 plus year old original part!Looks good, works good and will provide reliable service! There are a lot of. I weed out the junk and offer only good quality parts.
